Wayne Roberts was an incredibly genuine and insightful human being. Part of our journey as a community-owned Co-op is with gratitude to this man. His inspiring messages, discussions, teaching and books on food security and advocacy for people’s human right to have access to nutritious food, carved a path forward for Co-op organizers to work hard to scale-up food security where we live. Our Student Lunch Initiative is taking off. We’d like to thank all businesses and individuals who have donated meal voucher booklets to youth in our community!
