Although B...ond Yields are near all-time lows and the BofC has cut the Prime rate to 0.25%, Lenders have been slowly increasing Mortgage Rates. With all the uncertainty, Deferred Mortgage Payments and loss of Employment, Lenders are covering themselves with higher Mortgage Rates. Hopefully this is a Short-term phenomena and once we are 'Past The Curve' and people are back to work in a few months Rates will come down accordingly.
