Happy #MusicMonday everyone!!! As stated in the recent Trinity News, in-person Sunday worship will be suspended for 4 Sundays, hoping to resume on December 20th. While this may be the case, there is no reason to lose hope nor our peace, if we remember the quote by Mother Theresa in the recent Trinity News, If we have not peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other. Our God, Father in Heaven, and best friend knows us by name, not forgetting that He h...as has us in His best interest. This week’s #MusicMonday is a bit of a nostalgia, however the good kind I assure you! This week we welcome back the Trinity House Band with their cover of Christ Our Hope In Life and Death. While we may be apart physically once again, let us keep our Faith strong, knowing that soon we may physically reunite once again to worship at our Lord’s house. ***Update - as of August 28th, Toronto Public Health allows soloists to sing in churches. We would like to welcome you back to church on September 13th! This short video will provide the highlights of what you can expect when you come back to worship this September. Registration for Sunday worship is available from our website: www.mytrinity.ca ... Some of the highlights will include the following: Everyone must register online, or by calling the office, by 9 am Sunday morning to attend worship. You can still just show up but there may not be room within the required reduced capacity of the sanctuary. Everyone must self-assess their health; wear a mask; enter by the Arcade Door; physical distance; get checked off at the registration desk in the Centre Court and proceed down the Doig Hallway to the entrance to the sanctuary where two greeters will assist you with seating. There will be a collection plate outside this entrance for any envelope. We do encourage you to continue or commence using contactless methods of donating, either e-transfer, PAR or Tithe.ly, or to use cheques to donate to reduce the handling of cash by our counters. We will be seated in every other pew. Households may sit together but six feet apart from others. Seating will be staggered in patterns to promote physical distancing. Children must remain with their parents in the sanctuary. There will be virtual Sunday school later this fall. All materials have been removed from the pews. We will exit from the sanctuary starting by backrows first and out to the parking lot via the main doors. Greeters will help direct people in the right direction upon arrival and departure. There are signs and floor markings to assist with social distancing and there will be hand sanitizer located in several convenient places throughout the church. See you on Sunday!
