Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars 6 tablespoons of cocoanut flour 3 scoops Vanilla Diesel Protein 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp coconut oil (melted)... 125 ml unsweetened almond milk 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 tablespoons unsweetened chocolate chips Mix all ingredient into deep dish, smooth out. Let's clear this up. I have had many questions about Training 4 Life at Naturally Fit Doaktown. Here are some of the answers. Yes you do need a gym membership. This is $40 monthly paid to the gym. I have heard concerns about others collecting payment and leaving. I assure you, I will hold up my end. Money will not be refunded if YOU choose not to complete any 4 week program. Group classes will now only be offered Mon and Wed night at 6:45. Each program lasts 4 weeks......8 sessions $80. Personal Coaching is offered throughout the day as well as Tues and Thurs evenings. These sessions must be bought in bundles and prepaid to ensure dedication. Consults are always free and are available by appointment. Meal plans, designed just for you are always available in conjunction with other services (fees do apply). Due to a scheduling conflict classes could not start this week. They will start Monday May 2. I will be at NFD this Saturday, April 30 from 1-4. I will be doing consults and answering any questions.
