NEAS Arctic Sealift 14.07.2020

Message from Noah Tayara, Chairman of the Board: I wanted to go and say Hi to the Nunalik Crew while they were here in Salluit, but I was unable to visit since I am in quarantine due to recent travel to Montreal. From a distance, I watched them do their job. Even when the winds were in a way, they never stopped. I could not even go out boating all week. There were big waves.... I can’t believe how much a ship can carry. I was in Kangiqsujuaq before coming here. They unloaded tons and tons of crates, containers to Salluit and now heading to more communities. It is almost like the Santa Christmas Bag, endless things coming out of it. I took some pictures of the Vessel that shows our Makivik Logo. The quality of my pictures is not good enough. The reflection of the sun also made it much harder to get a good photo. To make a long story short, we are proud to have you all. Hope you can convey a message to our entire fleet - no matter where they are. We are proud of them. NEAS is a lifeline to us all, the Northerners, carrying much essential stuff which cannot be flown. Their dedication is priceless. Thank you and keep up the great work.
