Colour adds something special. Custom is truly the way... Check out this Supernasty for Trevors' G2 Outty in grey and black. Not flashy, just totally classy. :)
A quick clip to warm your heart on a chilly night. Thanks Ambrose. #neilspowerpipes #afterburner #keepsendingpics
It's rare for us to have stock. Rare, but not impossible.... **update** SOLD We had a customer change his order at the last moment (he came to his senses and opted for something a little quieter) leaving this single Afterburner for the G2 Outlander with out a home. ... Give us a call if your interested in adopting.
Here is a video of the Polaris 850 fit with our 3" silencer. It's a good thing Brandon was close enough that we could hear it.... ;) Thanks Brandon! Keep the clips coming please.
Updating the bikes galley. Please send me pics of your ride with our stuff in action. I would truly love to add them to the page.
When youre pushing the limits sometimes bad things happen... As it turned out, it looks worse than it was. Scared me, but nothing major. Its all in pursuit of every last 1/2hp. Good times.
Sound up! Take a look and listen to the dual Afterburners singing their glorious song. Thanks for the clip Joe. Keep them coming please.
Here are some more XMR Gade pics for the gallery. I love to see our stuff in action! Please send us yours.
A few of you had asked for a clip of the string trimmer in action. Thank you very much Nick for sending me the clip. Just a friendly reminder; I would love to see all of your pics and videos with our stuff in action. Send em in!!!
Happy Labor day. What other day do you get to celebrate work by not actually doing any? Get out and play!!!
Ive seen some tough weeds in my day, but I think they have finally met their match. If the pipes extra power and RPM will not do the job then the noise will definitely resolve the issue. ;) Little motors are cool.
Its only taken me 10 years, but I have finally built a new rig to assist with pipe repairs. With a little pressure, a little heat and some finesse those dents are all but a memory. Better late than never...
Practice makes perfect. That idiom works for racing a hotsaw just as it does for playing the piano. Just to be clear; I personally would rather listen to the saw. No question. :)
Check out our part in this beautiful Suzuki PE175 project. The stainless chamber only adds to the incredible detail of the refurbishing of this little doll. I want to thank Sasha with MAF and Christian at LI-Racing out of New York for letting us be a part of this.
Fitting Friday. Sometimes it does not make sense to start from scratch. Why not use what you have? Take a look at these pics illustrating where we fit the customer supplied mufflers to their bikes.
Throwback Thursday. Here we had a customer request to use the old lil nasty tags instead of our new embossed logo on his CanAm Renegade Supernasty. Out of respect for a customers request for making it his own, and my fondness for the lost Get Torqed magic I agreed. We miss you Kevin.
This is what comes to mind when someone asks if I like pop music. This is music to my ears and theres a pop... Whats not to like?
What do you get when your dad is a fabricator who spent his life working with hydraulics and is now pretending to be retired? An awesome machine lift is what I get. Thanks pops.
Supercool wagon. Check out this CanAm DS650 that has had bike wheels and swing arm grafted on to make a reverse trike. Dirt meets street, with a sprinkle of awesome-ness.... We fabricated a full system with stainless head pipes and a unique under chassis muffler. ... I even got to take it for a spin around the block. Good times.
Not everyday you get to dyno a chainsaw. A 40hp plus chainsaw......
Take a look and listen to this long slow dyno pull on my favorite snow-bike. Here we are fine tuning the KTM exhaust power valve to match the new cylinder work and pipe. We got a decent bump in top end power with even better over-rev on a liquid smooth torque curve. The curve reminds me of a diesel electric... Perfect for the side of the mountain.

Working on grabbing the belt. Sometimes it takes a creative approach....
Ducati Scrambler. Check out our silenced Afterburner slip-on stacked dual system with adjustable outlets. Its bylaw legal or its not. Your choice.... ;)
Take a look and listen to what it takes to touch a 4 in the 1/8... :)
Rolling into the new week like:
Ducati Panigale. Here we fabricated some link tubes to mate SC Project silencers to the stock head pipes to best match our customers request for the layout. All road race bikes are cool but this Italian beast is doubly so... Check out the link to a dyno clip in the comments.
Thanks to our friends at Team Momentum Racing for sending us pics of the Supernasty series on their wicked XMR Gades. Go get em Robert!

Sometimes crazy and cool are hard to tell apart....
Heres to remembering cool projects and the very cool people behind them. You are missed John.

Sound up for the R6 Banshee searching for traction.
R6 Banshee system is back from powder. Ya, I must be part crow; I really, really like shiny things....
Do you miss her Jarrid? I do.... #neilspowerpipes ... #tarbabies #absolutepower #fridaynightfun See more
Trying something new. Im working on an idea to have an easily adjustable end cap for our Supernasty and Dominator series. A quick turn of the cap-screw switches between open and closed. Full on loud could go to whisper quiet just like that... Too bad it didnt work. :(... Testing showed only a tiny change in noise output.... Thats life. Keep pushing forward and learn everyday.
Heres a little teaser from my favorite mud racer. Just remember that Nathan is 11 years old and hes killing it. You should follow Nathan, Robert Parker and Team Momentum racing for some awesome action. And, ya, just like Robert says in his cool Carolina accent; "its about to get muddy. "
XMR Gade pics. Send us yours!
Take a listen to the Formula Libra leave the line. The Yamaha Apex 1000cc plant is starting to show promise... ;) Dave and Alex were out testing this past weekend on the solo course. The machine is getting faster all of the time. As a side "note" the sound output never exceeded 90db. Theres more pics and a link to a longer video from the test session in the comments.
Im OK with motor swaps, but you better stay brand loyal. (Go ahead and tell me you put an LS in a Mustang and see how we get along...) Here we have a nasty Banshee that has had a R6, N2O assisted motor, lovingly transplanted. We fabbed up a tri-Y header to maximize both usable power and ground clearance that then connects to a pretty Akrapovic carbon can. Blue on Blue; all is right in the world. ;) Ill add some more pics when the exhaust comes back from powder. Maybe even a dyno vid (on the button, of course)
G4 850 silencer pics.
