You will notice a lot of ads and posts trying to get you to buy their fitness apps or online classes etc. You don't need an app to stay active! At the risk of repeating myself, just go for a run or hike or ride your bike! The secret to not getting depressed and anxious about Coronavirus is to stay active. I promise you will be way happier and less stressed!!

You don't need a gym to have a good workout. You will not lose your gains or get fat just because the gyms have closed! You can run or hike! Or if you don't like running, just get some cheap dumbells. It's all you need! Videos coming soon...

I would like to address the Corona virus situation relating to fitness. Yes the gyms are closed and you are to practice social distancing. This doesn't mean you stop being active or stop working out. You can still exercise and in these times it's more important than ever since exercise has been proven to help with mental health and depression. Work out at home, or go for a walk in your hood or if you have a trail run it or hike it. There are options!
