To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to our team of Financial Advisors. Must work well under pressure. Duties and Responsibilities Act as the point of contact among Advisors, clients, and other external partners Manage Advisors’ calendars and organize meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and accurately take messages Maintain comprehensive and accurate records Book existing clients for annual reviews Other duties and responsibilities as required Requirements: Work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Strong interpersonal skills Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion Exceptional attention to detail Time management and ability to meet deadlines Problem-solving and decision making skills Must be able to pass a criminal record check
