We heard you! And in response, we've developed Being with Now: An 8 Week Mindful Journey Towards a Deeper Relationship with the Self. This series is designed to cover foundational practices of mindfulness in a comprehensive way, allowing the opportunity to work with these building blocks towards a more advanced practice. With a focus on self-compassion, this course is intended to inform and empower you as you move towards a deeper awareness of yourself in the moment - especially the hard moments!
