Beware if you are not asked to sign a Use of a Representative Form (IMM5476) or if the person you hired for immigration services signs it declaring they are a friend or family member when they are not. http://bit.ly/2JEWpoC #CanadianImmigration

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PUBLIC PROTECTION Please ensure that you receive advice on international student matters from the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) or Lawyers ONLY. DON'T t get VICTIMIZED by SO GOOD TO BE TRUE PROMISES pretending to be educating the public and the world. They are the people who act to be caring for your future - such as promising Canadian Education, Employment and Permanent Residency. The Canadian Immigration System is a rigorous, sens...itive and complicated process. If they tell you that you could come to Canada to study, check first if the school is designated and eligible to offer a Post-Graduation Work Permit. Check this link to find out: https://www.canada.ca//designated-learning-institutions-li If under the column "Offers PGWP eligible programs," it says "NO," you could not work in Canada after studying. The Canadian government will ask you to leave Canada if you do not have a valid status as a temporary resident of Canada. If you attend any EVENTS/WEBINARS and the SPEAKERS, have NO LICENCE AS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES, THEY ARE FAKE, BOGUS, and UNSCRUPULOUS CARERS OR PRACTITIONERS. Speaking/Advising the public or any individuals about immigration pathways and program criteria MUST ONLY BE DONE BY RCICS AND LAWYERS AND NOT EDUCATION AGENTS OR BUSINESS OWNERS. I am pleading that you please don't fall for their promises. Check if they are on the ICCRC Public Register list by clicking the link: https://iccrc-crcic.ca/find-a-professional/. You may also check if they are registered with the Canadian Bar Association: https://www.cba.org/Home If they also promise you with EMPLOYMENT in Calgary, BC and Saskatchewan, please search up if they are licensed as an Employment Agency by checking the following links: Government of Alberta - https://www.servicealberta.ca/find-if-business-is-licenced. Government of British Columbia - https://www2.gov.bc.ca//employment-agencies/employment_age Government of Saskatchewan - file:///Users/administrator/Downloads/FWRISA%252BLicenced%252BForeign%252BWorker%252BRecruiters%252B-%252BJanuary%252B2021.pdf Please share this information on your Social Media Pages and help prevent individuals be victimized by FRAUDSTERS.
