T E N N O T A B L E Y E A R S Today we are celebrating ten years of service to our community and cherished NOtaBLE guests, near and far. On August 6th, 2010 - we made a simple We are open post to Facebook and had guests pouring in moments later. . Ten years ago, casual-fine dining didn’t have classic rock on the stereo or servers in custom t-shirts and jeans but we came in ahead of the curve to provide a down-to-earth, community minded approach to Chef Michael Noble’s G...ourmet Comfort Food. . With an emphasis on family, passion and sustainability, our menu has always included ingredients from local producers and creative twists on familiar classics. . Our friendly approach to our food and service has attracted some of the best in the restaurant industry to work for us, from Chefs to management to line cooks and serving staff. The bold leadership under Chef Michael Noble has also made space for young and novice staff to learn and grow and we have seen dishwashers and hostesses move up over the years to fill different roles, some even including management. . Our daily family meal that our team has together before every dinner service has united our staff in ways that has resulted in some life-long friendships. NOtaBLE’s love for our community runs deep and is what has given all of us and many of you meaningful NOtaBLE experiences over the last decade. . Our Signature Confit Chicken Ravioli takes a total of three days to prepare before it makes it to your table. . We slowly confit our chicken for 24hrs, then add mushrooms and Boursin cheese to create the filling for the pasta that our team makes by hand. We have our updated our Safety Guidelines outlined on our website, along with a NEW Summer Menu we have been putting together to celebrate our return! We would like to update you on the current status of NOtaBLE and the Nash as we navigate the ever- changing communication coming from the various levels of government. The Alberta government gave all restaurants the option to open on the new amended date of May 25th. While closely monitoring updates through Alberta Health Services, and The City of Calgary reccomendations, our teams have decided that we will not be opening our restaurants to the public at this time. We will ...be continuing to operate our curbside pickup and delivery options from our NOtaBLE kitchen only www.notabletherestaurant.ca Most importantly, once we do re-open, we will have new safety measures in place to meet the Health Services requirements. Our team and our guests are our primary consideration as we take steps toward re-opening. We will be updating our status as our plans of re-opening change.
