NUM NUMS

Today has been a disappointing sad day for us. Its the first time we've had to disappoint customers without facing a last minute emergency. We still delivered in ice and snow, with tired children and with a flooded and gutted kitchen ... We just got to a point now that we need to physically stop or we will be letting our own household down. We will continue to bring orders on the 26th, we will process refunds as we go. We will also keep orders as credit on file. Whatever makes everyone happy. Its been quite the crazy experience the last 2 months. We've made almost 1000 hot cocoa bombs and we hand cut over 8000 cookies that reached from Prince Rupert to Iskut and even Prince George. We didn't get to where we are today by disappointing our friends. So we hope we can make it up to anyone who is disappointed and more than anything we hope you and your families have a wonderful Holiday. Currently the drywall and dust will be finished this evening. So we will have a kitchen and running water again!! We finished alot today. We have to catch up on the gingerbread kits and sugar cookie kits that got missed or counted incorrectly. We lost a few due to mix ups. ... We have customer orders that were already bagged but customers missed the guys in terrace. If items were delivered incorrectly we can't take them back so things have to be remade. we've had alot of challenges that aren't normal for Num Nums. We don't normally take this long and we had to wait for supplies due to.covid and juggling children and weather and floods played a huge roll Also we had no idea there would be such an abundance of orders. You guys blew us away. So here it is. We understand your frustration and we will refund you for your order if yiu can't wait. Please inbox us if you would.like one. But we will have everyone finished before Christmas, we almost finished today You haven't been forgotten. We are still working our way around

Our morning started with a drip that ended with us having no kitchen. We understand the frustration with today's meet up being less than perfect and we are still making our way around kitimat. It kind of seems like the universe has it out for us this week This has not been fun and we've made tired mistakes with our kids in toe. But we've kept going.... Thank you everyone for being nice, obviously we didn't anticipate being so behind. We hope that you will keep smiling for us in the morning when we finish up.

Were just taking forever to deliver because we have so many. The days are dark so fast and our kids are so over the num nums life

How likely would it be to have the left over deliveries or the deliveries missing unicorn or Peppermint bombs meet up at a designated place in kitimat and terrace tomorrow? ????????????????????? We just realized this may have saved us and all of you alot of time on waiting.... Were still driving around right now and its getting harder to see the addresses. Christopher and malcolm took all the unicorns to terrace and I took all the Peppermint to kitimat on accident so we will still need to come back around tomorrow any how. The folks who can't drive or aren't able to meetnwe can still deliver. Were just thinking this may be better.

We aren't letting this weather mess up our Christmas spirit. Today we are thankful for snow plows and warm boots who are living through puddles We aren't rushing today but we are tackling these orders. We are tired and we are working hard. ... We are so sorry guys!!! We have to call it quits were absolutely soaked and we ran out of unicorns some how We've got a whole group of vehicles who will split up tomorrow and knock out everyone's deliveries....
