His goal is to not only help clients achieve the physique they want, but to perform their best in every day life as well. He’s been an ISSA certified personal trainer for over 5 years now, and he has his bodybuilding specific training certification too. He’s been a trainer at O2 for 2.5 years and has built great relationships with clients and members along the way. His background sport is hockey, which he’s played for over 16 years. Growing up, he played anywhere from A to AAA caliber, and one year of junior B. @connorjfitness is currently taking on personal training clients for the New Year.
