On October 22, 2020, #Victoria City Council will consider adoption of a new business regulation bylaw (#Rental Property Standards of Maintenance Bylaw). The purpose of this bylaw is to establish minimum maintenance standards for rental apartments in the City of Victoria. The Bylaw outlines building components and describes the standards to which they are expected to be maintained.
