Here’s a delicious , #easyrecipe share a member of our team recently whipped this pasta dish up using our TurmeriX #supplement powder AND our Smart Living Ceramic #Cookware. Enjoy! INGREDIENTS * 1 shallot, thinly sliced * 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced... * 1 cup your favourite pasta * cupsour cream * tbsp TurmeriX * 4 thickslices bacon, sliced into 1 pieces * cupparmesan cheese * 1 egg yolk * 1 chopped green onion DIRECTIONS * Cook the pasta according topackage instructions. * Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix sour cream, egg yolk, and TurmeriX. * Set aside. * Cook the shallot and garlic on medium heat and keepstirring, until golden-brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Here’s a fabulous recipe, perfect for a dinner side dish on a chilly fall evening. YUM!!! We can smell and taste the deliciousness now! - INGREDIENTS * 1 lbs of fresh Brussel sprouts, cleaned, ends trimmed off, then cut in halves * cup of diced pancetta... * cup of olive oil * A few garlic cloves to taste, peeled and quartered * 1 tbsp of balsamic glaze (a store bought glaze or make your own by gently boiling down some balsamic vinegar until syrup-like) * Good quality salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste - DIRECTIONS 1. Pre-heat your WOLL Sauté pan just above medium heat 2. Turn the pan down to medium heat 3. Add a couple of tbsps of the oil into the pan 4. Add pancetta and start to cook 5. Then, add Brussel sprouts that have been pre-tossed in the remaining olive oil, salt and pepper to the pan, along with the garlic cloves 6. Sauté in an even layer for approximately 10 minutes or until browned and cooked to desired texture 7. A couple of minutes before the Brussel sprouts are done, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the Brussels and pancetta and gently stir - Serve to up to 6 people and ENJOY! - P.S.
