Learn ancient mind training techniques for modern times. What will I learn?... You will practice and be given a Yoga sequence to prepare you to meditate with more ease. You will learn and practice the art of mindfulness while doing Yoga, meditating, walking, moving, listening, eating, and being in nature. What is meditation and why bother? How to deal with obstacles and emotions that come up during your practice. Mindfulness practice provides us with the tools to learn from our experience, develop self acceptance, and move forward with gentleness and compassion one moment at a time.
