These concepts are particularly important entering the winter. The event brings together influential artists performing intimate sets and being vocal about their own mental health to de-stigma...tize reaching out for support in times of need. Performances from: -Erika Wennerstrom of Heartless Bastards -Nicole Atkins -Neon Dreams Jennifer Leff, Senior Director of Health and Human Services at MusiCares, moderates a panel of mental health experts who will share self-care best practices and resources for coping with feelings of isolation. Proceeds from the benefit will be directed to Sound Mind Live's COVID-19 response programs. They consist of a series of panels, podcasts, videos and other digital media with artists aimed at de-stigmatizing mental health discussions and increasing awareness and direct pathways to mental health resources and services.
