This summer we sadly lost our two barn cats, but we are so happy to welcome Randall and Óskar (tiger stripes) to the barn! They are two super sweet brothers we are so excited to have around, a barn just isn’t the same without kitties!

Last Friday we welcomed 4 new horses to Ontario and OnIce from Iceland. Everyone is settling in well, they had their first shot on Monday with no reactions! We are all chopping at the bit to try these awesome horses! It takes a team to import horses so thank you to everyone involved but especially thank you to Gudmar Petursson of Hestaland for finding us these gems! One day late but we had a super busy day yesterday celebrating the Day of the Icelandic Horse! We had a fantastic time on our away trail ride this weekend to Miramichi Farms in Port Elgin Ontario. 3 boys and 3 girls and 6 brave riders made the journey up north. We had two wonderful guides, and some amazing ground crew for traffic to get to the beach. Our wonderful photographer Wendy took some amazing pictures. We are going to put a little YouTube video together for our adventure! Thank you so much to Kathy for being such an amazing host! We loved it! The water was calm and the beach wasn’t too busy we couldn’t have asked for a better day!
