Since our start in 2015, we have grown to become one of Toronto's most prominent rental houses, servicing commercials, films and other media in the quickly expanding Toronto entertainment industry. The ideal candidate for this position loves talking to people and proactively solving ...issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate ambassadors. Responsibilities: - Promptly creating quotes for clients. - Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability - Communicate clearly with existing and potential clients to determine their needs, via phone, email and in-person. - Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs - Data entry in various specialized platforms - Maintain efficient pace in office, working from a desk. - Ability to work in fast-paced environment while effortlessly multi-tasking. - Positive can-do, get-it-done attitude. Qualifications: - 3+ years experience in a relevant technical customer service position. - 2+ years of relevant sales experience. - Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work - 1+ year of on-set experience is an asset. - Technical knowledge on cameras, lenses, gimbals, dollies, etc is an asset. - Experience with rental programs an asset. Our hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunity for growth and over-time.
