The World Day of Prayer (WDOP) is a global ecumenical movement led by Christian women who welcome everyone to join in prayer and action for peace and justice. It began with one woman's call for the community to pray for mission work. Over 130 years and 170 countries later, these women-led gatherings continue to bring women and communities together in prayer. - WDOP's motto is 'Informed Prayer and Prayerful Action', unveiling the practical and spiritual needs of a country and ...urging WDOP attendees to rise to pray. - This year's program is written by women in Vanuatu. As the focus country, we are called to learn about the Vanuatu culture and to pray for their people. - While many will not be able to join together in person, we have developed prayer squares to guide your prayers for Vanuatu. We invite you to share them with your women's ministries groups as well, as we join together in lifting our hearts and voices to God. - - - #WorldDayOfPrayer #WDOP #WorldDayOfPrayer2021 #ministrybywomen #ministryforwomen #ministrytowomen #prayer #vanuatu #VanuatuIslands Salvationist Women Women's Inter-Church Council of Canada See more

Good Monday morning! - Each week we prepare weekly prayer prompts - one for each day, to help you go deeper in your conversations with God. - "Most women I know do not pray because they are supposed to. They pray because they have no other recourse. I remain in that category of women who are desperate for God’s involvement. You probably are too." - Pam Tebow... - - - #Prayer #PrayerPrompts #Women #Womenwhopray #PrayerWarrior #Prayermatters #WomensMinistries #womensministry #Ministrybywomen #ministrytowomen #ministryforwomen See more
