The Town currently has four outdoor ice rinks under construction, thanks to Parks staff. But the public is asked to stay off the ice as it’s not safe and can be... damaged. The goal is to open the rinks sometime next week, if the weather co-operates and the work progresses smoothly. The four locations are at the Alder Recreation Centre, Tony Rose Memorial Sports Centre, the Princess of Wales Park, and Idyllwild Park. When the rinks open for public use, participation restrictions and pandemic protocols will be in effect. See more

Winter Farmers’ Market relocated to Tony Rose Memorial Sports Centre B-Rink for the 2020/21 Season. To provide a safe and comfortable Market shopping experience this winter, the Orangeville Winter Market will move to its temporary 2020/2021 home inside Tony Rose B Rink located at 6 Northmen Way, Orangeville. The Tony Rose B-Rink location offers plenty of space for safe social distancing and can easily accommodate the maximum 50-shopper limit with lots of space to spare! The Winter Market will run 9 am 1 pm every other Saturday. The entrance to the Market is located at the south of the parking lot (NO access through the main entrance). Most vendors will attend every week, but some will alternate or change from week to week. A listing of the current week’s vendors will be posted on the www.OrangevilleFarmersMarket.ca website.
