To be a Cadet, is to take an interest in your own physical fitness. A healthy body and lifestyle provides a strong foundation for growth and prosperity. When y...ou choose to be active, alone or as a part of a team, you are strengthening yourself and increasing your body and mind’s ability to recover from life’s inevitable setbacks and challenges. You are setting yourself up for success. Through the incorporation of leader-led exercise sessions, focused sports days and the availability of many different sporting options, the Cadet Program allows participants to arrive as they are and embrace the challenges presented. What is your favourite memory of a personal win or a sense of improvement in your own physical fitness?
Virtual Service through the Cadets Canada Facebook page today.
On November 11, we pay tribute to members of the Canadian Armed Forces who fought to defend our values and freedoms, and to those who continue to serve our country today. #RemembranceDay #poppy #lestweforget2020
We are inviting Cadets, JCRs, staff, and families to share with us why you remember. Send us a message and we will share the instructions on how to participate ...in our virtual project. Starting November 5th, we will share the submissions, and show Canadians the strength of our youth, and commitment to remembrance. Canada Remembers
So many great opportunities.
This week is #mentalhealthawareness week. Health is not only physical, it's mental. Take time this week to practice mindfulness and make your mental health a priority. Here are some CAF mental health resources available to cadets.
