Penticton - Today the Knights of Pythias Lodge #49 came by and presented a cheque for $500 to the OSNS Child and Youth Development Centre. Following the principles of Friendship, Charity and Benevolence, the service work of the Knights of Pythias was originally responsible for building the pediatric gym at OSNS in 1995. Their sustained dedication to the children and families of the South Okanagan is both inspiring and appreciated. This donation will help support the OSNS with the purchasing of additional therapy equipment. The OSNS was built in 1996 for the children of the South Okanagan. It has grown to become a welcoming space for over 1600 children annually with treatment for children in need of help, their families and for innovative programming for children who are typically developing.
