Thank you to all our customers! Summer is flying by! We are still open for curbside pick up and delivery orders. We really appreciate customers phoning in their orders ahead of time when possible. Our prices are posted in the photo section of our facebook page. We have not opened our doors to the public because we are a food processing plant and not just a store front and we want to stay healthy for both our retail and wholesale customers. Thank you!!!!

We have had questions regarding the recent price changes. We are concerned as well with where the local food supply/demand is going....we want to explain what we are experiencing. - since the beginning of the pandemic, the demand for meat has increased. - We have experienced shortages of beef, pork and poultry in the past 6 weeks that we have never experienced before. - The availability of local, maritime grown beef, ready for market is ongoing, but supply has diminished.... We also source beef from other processors to be able to supply our customers with consistent, quality products and supplement our plants production. - We do expect the beef market to be very volatile over the next few weeks/months as the current pandemic situation unfolds. This will affect product availability and pricing. - We hope the markets settle back down along with everything else with the pandemic, and we assure you we will reduce prices back as soon as we can. - Our price changes will be reflected on Tuesdays. We can not guarantee the price or availability when orders are placed during this time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
