We received so many messages since our last post that we thought we'd share the recipe. Share this with a friend that you think will enjoy it. This recipe is tough to beat. This simple recipe is built on the standard fat pork and onion recipe that generations of families from Newfoundland and Labrador have been using to preserve moose meat. The founder of Outdoor Pros, Gary Meadus, has changed this recipe for many years through trial and error. It has been unchanged for t...he past 15 or more years and remains our family favorite. Gary’s Canned Moose Chunk of Onion Chunk of Fat Pork Dash (Tsp) Worcestershire Dash (Tsp) Soya Sauce Tsp Onion Soup Mix Tsp Beef Oxo Tsp Salt Add Onion and Fat Pork and then fill the remainder of the can to within of the top with Moose. Add the remaining items to the can and seal in the canner. Cook in the pressure cooker for 90 minutes under 10 lbs pressure. Enjoy
