Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are the heavy lifters of the health care systems and now have a day to recognize all their hard work! - Personal Support Network... of Ontario May 19th is recognized annually as PSW day. As I am sure most of you know PSWs can provide services and direct care to individuals in hospitals, long-term care homes, group homes, retirement homes, supportive living environments and in the client’s home. Margaret Bahen Hospice is no different, our PSWs are an important part of the team.
