Another solid day of lifting in the books. Took some of the original gangsters @aa_ron_johnson and @grayareastrength out for a spin on the platform and they did not disappoint. Lifts were made, laughs were had, National and World Championship qualifying totals were achieved, what more could a coach all for? Great lifting guys! #pantheonbarbell #molonlabe #albertaweightlifting @ Platoon FX Fitness

@pt.acuna braving the first met jitters to earn himself a silver medal. Kyle finished with a 191kg total in the 81kg class. Nice work man, next time a little more than 2.5 weeks heads up that you're wanting to compete would be nice... #pantheonbarbell #molonlabe #albertaweightlifting

Floored. Absolutely floored. Thanks to this special group of yahoos that allow me to indulge in some far-fetched ideas to improve their performance. They went behind my back to design (including their favorite quotes/cues), order, and purchase their own team shirts due in no large part to my own procrastination. Their support, trust, and affection amaze me on a daily basis and I couldn't be happier having them as friends (no matter how uncomfortable they make me). I can't put into words how much this meant to be. Thank you. #pantheonbarbell #molonlabe @evolve_strength If you're in the Edmonton area and looking to get in shape, improve/learn how to perform Olympic weightlifting, let's chat! Congratulations Hannah @grayareastrength for the bronze medal performance at the Canadian Masters National Championships today! Hannah broke her wrist a couple weeks ago and still decided to compete under less than ideal circumstances. Couldn't be more honored to have her on the squad and to call her a friend. Big thanks to @gavinalicious and @hamiltonbarbell for the coaching assistance a couple of provinces away. It was a team effort for sure. Enjoy those treats Hannah! #pantheonbarbell #molonlabe #mastersweightlifting #albertaweightlifting . . .
