The exercises she chooses for each session offer a degree of challenge to both your thoughts and emotions in a subtle style, yet incredibly powerful if you allow yourself to breakthrough. This program truly shows that when you become in full alignment with yourself, the connection with you partner horse becomes ONE. I feel very lucky to have experienced such connection. MJ is a gem of a mare!
