Dear customers, I truly hope that you and your families are doing as well as possible through this crisis. I am writing to you today to give you a brief update as to where we stand with our operations since we closed our doors last March 24th. As you likely heard in the government press conferences, Prime Minister Legault has extended the closure of non-essential businesses through May 4th. At this time, car dealerships and auto repair shops are only allowed to perform emerg...ency repairs for essential services workers or essential travel needs. We have been respecting this request and have only been available and working to serve customers in need of emergency service. We are very aware that many of you are asking yourselves what will happen with your summer tires or maintenance needs between now and May 4th and I want to share with you some steps we are taking. We have been working closely with the Quebec Car Dealer Association (CCAQ) and the government on strict no-contact protocols that we could put in place in order to safely serve all customers for tire changes and maintenance prior to May 4th. We are hoping that the government will allow us to serve those of you who wish to have work done on their vehicles or have their tires changed in April. We will keep you posted if ever this option becomes available. For those of you that had already booked service appointments, we will be sending you an email informing you of a change of date as well as instructions to change your appointment online. From May 4th onwards, we have planned numerous new sanitary provisions and social distancing measures in the dealerships, including increased hand sanitizer stations, plexiglass and contactless payment solutions to name but a few. We take this new reality very seriously and we are going to do everything in our power to minimize the risks for our customers and staff. More details will be made available shortly.
