Chicago Blackhawks two tier cake, one chocolate tier, one vanilla and peanut butter flavour tier!

Chocolate biscuit cake with triple chocolate sponge layer and triple chocolate Swiss merangue butter cream filling. Made for two wonderful friends, the bride is from the Philippines and the groom from my home, Ireland, hence the flags :) All flowers edible.

Recent Monthy Python & Star Wars cake... gluten free chocolate with chocolate Swiss Merangue butter cream filling. Foot, books etc all made from fondant and are all edible.

Busy in the kitchen lately.... today's Pokèmon cake. Milk Chocolate Swiss Merangue butter cream filling in a chocolate sponge. 24 matching cupcakes also.

Very special cake for a Super sweet 4 year old

Just finished the first cake in the kitchen of my new house!! For a very special little 4 year old Pictures to follow tomorrow after the birthday girl sees it!

Most fun cake I think I have ever made.... 'Messy Desk' cake ordered for a guys last day at work. Hershey milk chocolate cake with butterscotch, caramel and smashed cookies.

Chocolate biscuit cake with butter scotch, almonds, malteasers, Kit Kat and white chocolate. Purchased at a silent auction by my lovely friend, Lori, to help raise funds for underprivileged newborn babies in Mexico.

Chocolate sponge, with chocolate butter cream and fondant. Wheels made from Kit Kat bars. Wish my car had those.

First Canadian order due for collection this morning..... hope she likes it! Pics to follow once cake is collected :)
