Posted @withregram @crossfit.basinview The health and safety of our members, coaches and their families is our number one priority. We have decided to close our gym tonight at 7:45pm to do our part in helping our community. We are stronger together, which is why CrossFit has always been community driven. We believe that exercising, eating well and getting enough sleep is the first line of defence against illness, so our community should weather this just fine! But we also h...ave to be socially responsible and consider the community at large, and some of us may have family members that are considered higher risk should they be exposed to COVID-19. If the community as a whole doesn’t act now to flatten the curve, hospitals will become overwhelmed with severely ill people. We all need to do our part for the greater good. This has been a real hard decision for us! We are thankful for the support of our community during this challenging and difficult time.
