As Niagara moves into the Orange Zone we want to take this opportunity to let you know what we are doing to combat Covid -19 and keep our Staff and Devoted Pet Lovers safe. All Staff and Customers are required to be securely masked and sanitize their hands, to freely shop the store. Customers who are unable due to a medical reason, are encouraged to utilize our Shop Online and Pick Up At Store option. For your fastest service option please visit www.paulmacs.com For t...hose with medical exemptions we are also able to offer a Guided Shopping Experience, where we shop for you, while you wait in our secure VIP area. We sanitize our Point of Sale Machine and Shopping Cart between each Customer. We also sanitize high volume touch points at minimum, once an hour. We have arrows in store to help direct the flow of traffic, and footprint markers at our checkout, to help maintain a 6 foot distance between each other. 6 We limit our store capacity to 6 Devoted Pet Lovers at a time. This helps to ensure social distancing is observed. All Staff and Service Providers are required to fill out a Covid-19 Screening Test at the start of each shift or visit. Our Cash Registers are surrounded by several sheets of Plexi Glass, for an added layer of protection.
