Inclement Weather Conditions and Cancellations: Please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel any walks, training or mobile grooming appointments during any sort of inclement weather. If there is a perceived risk to the safety of our walkers or your pet's during certain weather conditions you will be notified once the decision has been made to cancel. Inclement weather conditions can approach quickly and harshly and limited time may be given for such cancellations. W...e never want to see any of our walkers or your pets get injured in such sorts of weather. INCLEMENT WEATHER INCLUDES: - Freezing Rain - Hail - Harsh wind speeds over 20km/hr - Snowstorms or blizzards that limit visibility - Rain storms where thunder and lightening are present - Temperatures below -15 celcius - Extreme heat with temperatures above 25 celsius - Tornado warnings PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR WALKERS, TRAINERS AND GROOMERS AS WELL AS THE SAFETY OF YOUR PETS.
