Like the times, we are changing & moving! In January 2020 Plas-Tech Fabrications amalgamated with Canus Plastics. Together we now form the largest plastics fabricator in the Toronto-Montreal business corridor. Now in addition, we are moving both companies to 2684 Fenton Road where we will operate under the banner Canus Plastics Inc. This new 15,000 square foot facility has been designed and built to serve our growing customer base more efficiently and safely, while adding ...services and technologies such as 5-axis CNC machining. CANUS recently moved from our 3030 Conroy Road location and Plas-Tech will be likewise relocated by July 27. We believe this positions Canus to remain innovative and strong as we continue to add to our 70 year history in what are no doubt unprecedented times. We would like to sincerely thank our loyal Plas-Tech customers for your support and friendship since 1997, and we invite you all to join us at our new location just south-east of the Ottawa International Airport.

Today Jan 21st, ALL Plas-Tech Fabrications customers get a granola bar and hug since it is National Hugging Day, National Granola Bar Day and of course National Get to Know Your Customer Day!! And if you think that's nuts then no problem - it's also National Squirrel Appreciation Day!!

We started doing this in September with great results for a great charity - Make-a-Wish. John Cena!!!!

The latest plastics material added to our family. Tricky but cool with lots of applications.

One of our latest projects - building a complete ABS plastic shroud assembly for an industrial robot for an advanced medical device customer of Plas-Tech Fabrications. The assembly was comprised of 17 vacuum-formed shrouds fabricated using our most advanced moulds yet off our CNC router tables here in Ottawa.

I finally installed the new cross on the peak of the Church of the Holy Cross on Walkley Road and Riverside Drive. One of the more physically taxing jobs I have had in a few years but worth it just to see the smiles. 32 years without a cross but now it's there for all to see.

Attending the 2014 Source for Sports / La Source du sport Show in Niagara Falls. Very well received so far! The 'heads-up for safety" theme is resonating with both franchisees and vendors alike as many are Hockey Dads and Moms.

Attended the Play It Again Sports 2013 Hockey Show in Toronto on November 18-20th. Had a great time promoting our newest Pro Shot hockey training products. Thanks to the PIAS team we sold all of our stock and signed up 8 more stores at the show, with more to come!
