"The staff were friendly and explained in detail everything that was to happen. As a former surgical nurse I was put completely at ease. The OR was meticulously kept and all staff were welcoming and gave all of their names. I was treated a s a member of the team. After care was amazing. I did not feel rushed and even though it was the end of the day for them they made sure I was pain free and comfortable before discharge.
