The brand new shower facility at the pulp mill received a wrap of drip flashing and eavestrough, preventing ice build up on the pathways from the roof melt water. The foot traffic around the building is now much safer than before. Thank you Skookumchuk Pulp!

Last job of the year. The student housing project at College of the Rockies. Most of the progress happened in fantastic dry and warm December weather. What a job!

Another big summer project. This huge home and its accompanying garage in Forest Crowne recieved new aluminum soffit, new steel fascia, smart trim fascia on the garage, new eavestroughs and some heat trace circuits. Big aesthetic difference!

This incredible home in Wycliffe was a 2016 project for Precise. It was one of our first projects as a matter of fact, rather daunting for such a new enterprise, but we tackled it and it turned out fabulously! Soffit, fascia and eavestroughs.
