Meet Zena! 14 wks Spayed/Female Rescued from a North End Hamilton alley, Zena is a gentle, still somewhat shy, and soft natured little fluff angel with stunning long hair and a very soft grey tabby coat. Quick to purr and eager to play, Zena needs a mature, adult home where she can be coaxed and given a little patience during her first few weeks as she settles in. A little extra time and love will help this girl blossom fully into the snuggle monster she is destined to be!... Zena has been vet checked, vaccinated, treated for routine parasites, she has been microchipped and spayed. An adoption fee of $175 applies. Please submit your adoption application today at http://priderescue.ca/

UPDATE ON PASHA & KALI Pasha and Kali, rescued from a home with too many pets, have both been provided with their much needed eye surgeries. Pasha has lost both eyes, while Kali has lost one eye, and both are currently recovering and fully adapting to their new worlds free of pain, and full of love, in their foster homes. It will be a few more weeks yet before either kitten will be ready to move on into adoptive homes, but they have made it through the most difficult part of ...their journeys, and they are getting ready to take on the world! Vet care costs of over $1100 remain to be paid for the combined hospital care and surgical needs of these 2 kittens, and donations toward these costs are still so very much appreciated. You can donate via PayPal on our website by visit http://priderescue.ca or you can opt to send an etransfer to [email protected] using the security question "What is the name of the rescue?" and answer/password "Pride" Our deepest thanks to those who have already donated, and to those who have sent prayers and well wishes for these precious babies! <3

Pasha has been in hospital care since last week, where he has been provided with IV fluids, pain control and an aggressive course ...Continue reading
