Amazing shot of the Calacatta quarry! I'm always so in awe of the fact that something so white and beautiful is handcrafted naturally by the earth. At Prima Stone we're on a mission to make this beautiful stone, a finite resource, last just a little bit longer! Because our panels give the same aesthetic as slab, but are up to 6 times thinner, we're using much less stone! Our engineered backing also allows for less waste due to cracking and breakage. There's so much to love in this kitchen design. 1. They've paired on of our favourite combinations of quartz and natural stone - for those of us who love marble, but think there's no way I can maintain it on my countertop. 2. They've selected Pacific White Marble. We love this stone as a lower cost alternative to some of the more expensive calacatta varieties, white still achieving that super white base we've all come to love.
