KEEP MOVING: We all felt a huge sense of relief this afternoon as our staff members listened closely to Jason Kenney release his new restrictions to help combat the spread of COVID-19. These restrictions allow small business like ourselves to continue to operate and navigate such difficult times as best we can. That being said, we continue to stand with those who might struggle with these new measures and of course our frontline workers who have continued to work tirelessly... in efforts to keep us safe and healthy. We’ve got some ideas rolling out soon, but for now we can continue to train as we have in the past week with personal training and open gym appointments as well as continue with our physiotherapy and massage appointments. We continue this way all while strictly following COVID-19 protocols to keep you safe. So, Edmonton, let’s keep moving well and stay physically and mentally healthy as a community .

Before Pete was a PT, he had obtained a MSc in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan that specialized in neuromuscular physiology. He was also a part of the Track and Field team during his time there! ... His practice is focused mainly on sport and orthopaedic injuries, but also works with neurological conditions and paediatrics. Pete spends his time running, lifting, and spending time with his wife and their pets! Pete works at our Whitemud location every afternoon! WE ARE STILL OPEN! Individual fitness is exempt from the new restrictions set forth by the Alberta government which means we can stay open to keep you healthy and lifting . This unfortunately means that we can’t run our group classes or have our teams in house, but we have decided to expand our open gym times to the same hours that we have previously run our group classes. This means you can follow a workout that we post for the day on your own, or do you own thing entirel...y! Our trainers will still be in the facility at these times and still be training clients one-on-one or tandem (two-on-one). These open gym times are at a reduced cost to our group class rates and will still be limited to ensure proper distancing in the gym. DM us if you have any questions about our open gym times and feel free to book online through our website or our Mindbody app (through appointments- Open Gym).
