To Our Canada Army Run participants With the ongoing wildfires in the U.S., we understand that air quality has been negatively impacted particularly in Western ...Canada. Your health and safety is our priority and we recognize the health risk this poses. Were also aware that Canada Post has ceased or limited delivery to certain parts of Western Canada, which has caused unanticipated delays in race kit delivery. As such, we are currently extending the completion period for the run by one week, now ending on September 27. Canada Army Run supports our participants and remains flexible and agile. This will allow you to: Complete your race and post your result until midnight, September 27. If you have already completed your race, you may re-attempt as many times as you want until September 27. We remind you that you may complete the virtual race on a treadmill or indoor track, if available. This can be done by manually entering your completion time on the results page, or by syncing your Runkeeper-connected treadmill work-out to the results. During this period, we encourage you to continue sharing your Canada Army Run experience with us on social media. Its a true classic that you will definitely want to have in your salad repertoire! Check out the recipe below for more details:... Greek Salad 1/2 cucumber chopped 1 Red or yellow pepper chopped 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half cup kalamata olives cup feta cheese - crumbled cup of red onion (optional) diced *not included in the video recipe Dressing cup olive oil cup red wine vinegar 3 Tbsp lemon juice 2 cloves of garlic minced tsp dried oregano 1 Tbsp dijon mustard tsp sea salt tsp cracked pepper Add all of your dressing ingredients to a mason jar, place the lid on tightly and give it a good shake!
