Just a heads up, although we didn't meet our target launch date yet, this project is still underway and we hope to be laser cutting parts within the next few months. Keep checking back for updates!

Our Southern Ontario division has a machine online and will hopefully be cutting by the scheduled March 1st date. Here in Southern Manitoba we should be ready to start taking orders May 1st 2019 if all goes to plan. Our capacity will be up to 1/2" steel at first. If you need parts cut sooner than May 1st we can arrange to have them cut in Ontario for the interim and transported to Winkler (we will pay the freight). Don't hesitate to ask for a quote!... All drawings / DXF files and all information is treated as classified information and confidentiality agreements will be signed upon request. Stay warm everyone.

This is our auto-loading stock rack. In total we can load 24,000 lbs of sheet in here, and the system will pull out the sheets automatically as needed. This was all set up today. We are getting closer to being able to run production!

Here is a couple of sample parts that were cut on our laser machines before the machines were moved to Manitoba. The precision (and speed) of a laser is exactly why we chose this over CNC plasma. The edges are comparable to using a shear. The difference is a laser can cut any shape you can possibly imagine, without warping even the thinnest material.

Our laser cutting machines have been moved into their final positions. Now we just need to get the dual cell loading system in place and get everything hooked up, and away we go! The automatic loading system and storage racks, will allow us to run production 24 hours per day non-stop. The only time we will need to shut the machines down is for maintenance and repairs when needed. We look very forward to offering quick turnaround on laser cut parts, competitive pricing and quality service!

We have office space in Winkler now :) We just need to get our machines moved in and set up. Once we are up and running, you can walk right in to our office to place your laser cutting orders. Cutting will be done in a rural area outside of town. This will allow us to be more productive and very competitive.... We should be up and running soon!

The fresh concrete in our shop is in the final days of the cure process....... we are waiting patiently to start moving the laser machines in. We are delayed, but all good things come in time! We are excited to start cutting steel!
