The MABR adopted the Amazing Places project five years ago by holding public nominations to name the Region's 10 most beloved and incredible places. Since then, we've installed interpretive signage at each place, held fun events and programs, and even implemented an Amazing Places Geocaching Geotour complete with a super informative Field Guide and customized Geocoin prize. This year the project is upping its game even more. We're refreshing the geocaches, introducing touch-free Adventure Labs, and coordinating our social media with Canada's 4 other Amazing Places projects. That's right! Five of Canada's 18 Biosphere Reserve's have adopted the project, and we're collaborating on keeping you in-the-know on all of Canada's Amazing Places.
