The so-called black sheep of the family are, in fact, hunters born of paths of liberation into the family tree. The members of a tree who do not conform to ...the norms or traditions of the family system, those who since childhood have constantly sought to revolutionise beliefs, going against the paths marked by family traditions, those criticised, judged and even rejected, these are usually called to free the tree of repetitive stories that frustrate entire generations. The black sheep, those who do not adapt, those who cry rebelliously, play a basic role within each family system, they repair, pick up and create new and unfold branches in the family tree. Thanks to these members, our trees renew their roots. Its rebellion is fertile soil, its madness is water that nourishes, its stubbornness is new air, its passion is fire that re-ignites the light of the heart of the ancestors. Uncountable repressed desires, unfulfilled dreams, the frustrated talents of our ancestors are manifested in the rebelliousness of these black sheep seeking fulfilment. So very many world leaders, high profile faces and others acting out in terrible ways. Like children who have not yet learnt what it means for themselves to be true to their hearts and souls. Today and everyday are great times for metta meditation. Metta meditation is base upon love and kindness flowing in to fill oneself and over flow to all beings. Begin by relaxing into your space and body. Ask your mind to relax and be quiet, following/watching breath may help this. You ...can add envisioning of places and things you love to assist building the energy of such. As you breathe in/out through the nose you may add this mantra for 1 minute. I fill myself with so much love, it flows to all to raise them up. After the mantra moment allow yourself to slide back deeply into self, knowing you are connected to all things. Relax, breathe, flow and let it all go. After your sit, thank yourself and all beings for accepting the moment if peace and all things found within Metta.

A "fictional" tale of world economic structure, dictatorship, state of aff...airs, unconstitutional acts against humanity, inflation, taxes, wrongful arrests and executions. Sound familiar? HENRY'S HILL Two men are walking through beautiful farm land near a little village. They come across a tall hill and they climb to the top, find a most beautiful view. Sitting for awhile in the breeze and watching everything below. One man, who we will call Henry, says I have an amazing idea! Let's work together to build a large castle here! We can have all our friends from the village help and when its done we can all live up here. The other man, who we will call William says that's a brilliant idea, imagine how happy everyone will be here in our new castle! We will be safe from raiders, a beautiful view and lush rich farmlands! The two men rush off to tell everyone of this beautiful place, the rich soils and its abundance. The news spreads like wildfire and the very next day all the workers of the village begin construction. Gathering stones, lugging them up the hill and starting a gorgeous castle. Years go by and finally the castle is complete. Most of the villagers celebrates that night, while the first man Henry gathers his belongings, a few helpers, his family and they head for the castle. The next day the villagers all pack up, loading children, families, all the food stores and supplies held within the village. Happily they all head off for their new castle. Upon arrival they discover that Henry has already arrived, is setting up defenses, has guards posted and is becoming situated in this castle. Henry welcomes all the people, directing them to unload all the supplies into the castles keep. It will all be safe here he says. After everyone is unloaded Henry announces he has found many chickens. Tonight there will be a large feast out in front of the castle at sunset. Everyone gathers outside for the celebration, feasting, dancing, singing and celebrating their new home. As the fires die down everyone gets ready to go settle into the beautiful castle they've all built. As they head for the gate they notice it is closed, guards are posted and there is no way in! Soon after a commotion begins to stir Henry comes to the gate and begins a speech. Henry tells the people that he found this hill and it was his idea to build the castle. Continuing to share his "wisdom" with the shocked and angered crowd, Henry informs them that because the hill is his that all the stones within the castle are his too. There is a lot of space around his hill with room for everyone to live but have a responsibility to build. If they work together they will all have new homes and farm lands very quickly. After much sadness, anger and dismay, the people decide its too late in the evening to discuss this. They all head down "Henry's Hill" and set up camps below. The very next morning Henry sends armed men down the hill to direct the people who gets to build where and how much land each gets. The villagers are very upset, William rallies the people and they head up the hill for their supplies. Arriving at the gates again they are met by Henry and armed guards. William speaks for the people and asks for their supplies. He says they are hungry and these supplies are needed for building their new homes. Henry says to William and the people that he feels the supplies are safer in the castle, asking "what if the raiders find them here?" Henry tells the people when they have built their homes and are more protected below Henry's Hill, that all supplies will be shared. Once again the people are very upset, but what can they do? He has a castle, armed guards and the people themselves know the castle is an impenetrable fortress. They did after all build it to be so. William speaks again for the people, saying the they are hungry! All their villages food is in the castle keep and because Henry had taken all the local chickens there is no food. Henry tells William and the people OK, here's what I can do for you. I will lend you some chickens to feed the village while you build up. I'll also give you some of the stocks until all the new farms are operational. This all sounds OK to the villagers, atleast now they can build and not go hungry. Satisfied for the moment, all the villagers set off down the hill to build new homes and farms. Some months later everyone has completed their new farms. So happy, quite proud of themselves, the villagers plan a feast and celebration. Once again Henry comes to the rescue! He proclaims how happy he is that everyone has built new farms. Henry shares that tonight all the chickens and food will be provided by him. Hooray! The people yell, feeling it is all finally coming together. They have a wonderful feast and begin to let go of all the previous hardships. The next day Henry gathers all the people, sharing he has a big surprise. Excitedly everyone makes their way up Henry's Hill. Henry congratulates everyone on their fine work and accomplishments. He also shares news, stating he has made some trades with a far off village. I have traded some of my chickens for new seeds, the farms will flourish. They will grow enough grains, vegetables and foods for everyone and more. Henry adds, i have also opened trades with this far off village! Once we produce excess grains and vegetables we can trade for new spices and teas. Henry hands out the seeds, smiling and greeting every villager in person. It has been a long time and many struggles have passed. The villagers happily begin planting the new seeds. Some time later the farms are doing so well the villagers are just buzzing with life and happiness! Once again Henry calls for all the people to gather. At the meeting Henry Begins by sharing how happy he is that everyone is flourishing. He shares his excitement for the crops and that the far off village is ready to start trades soon. We will have so many new delicious spices, teas and foods rare in this land! Henry adds there is also one other thing I'd like to talk about. Unfortunately the chicken supplies are running low, but it's OK and he knows how to fix it. Henry says I've kept close account of the chickens lent to the villagers during building periods. He shares that the village took 160 days to be built and he has shared around 400 chickens. Split between the villagers each family owes him 26 chickens. I have devised a plan that we can all have many chickens and this is what we must do. We will focus on building chicken coups on every farm! Chickens grow fast, provide eggs and soon there will be a surplus. Henry also shares that he has worked out trade with yet another far off village. The village he speaks of has many cows but they do not have enough chickens. So together we will grow many chickens, trade them for cows and soon we will have a cow on every farm! These cows will produce milk and beef for everyone. Hooray everyone exclaims! Suddenly William speaks up, shares that he can't grow chickens. Infact his family has eaten them all to survive. All the villagers begin to realize they all have no chickens to produce eggs or grow chickens! Henry interrupts the crowd and shares this is ok, he has a perfect plan. Henry tells the people I will lend you all 12 more chickens per family. This will produce enough eggs to eat daily and provide eggs for hatching more chickens. William speaks up again saying, so each family would owe you 38 chickens? I think we could do well and grow 36 chickens quickly with 12 healthy hens producing eggs! William states this is a great idea, thank you Henry for helping our village. All of the villagers work together for sometime building new chicken coups. Soon they all begin farming chickens and eggs. Harvest time comes quickly, just a few months later. All the farmers harvest their grains, vegetables and as many chickens as possible. The entire village is once again buzzing with life. William shares with everyone that he believes they should start a new tradition. Im very thankful for my harvest and our families are all doing well. This is a time of celebration, lets call it "thanks giving"! Excitedly everyone agrees. William sets off to share the news with Henry and together they plan the celebration. During the festival Henry announces he has big news! The other villages are ready to trade. We will trade chickens for cows, each cow is worth fifty chickens. But the cows will provide milk and after calves come we can also produce beef. William exclaims fifty chickens!? I do not have 50 chickens! The villagers all start to agree, stating none of them have fifty chickens. William again speaks out, he shares I have brought you the 38 chickens I owe you and kept 12 for farming more eggs and chickens. Many of the villagers are in the same situation, but we are ready to repay our loaned chickens back. Just then Henry interupts. Henry says i lent you all 26 chickens over one year ago. I helped to save the village and all of your families. Had I continued to farm those chickens I would have many to trade for cows! Silence fell over the people. Henry adds, those 26 chickens grown for one year would easily add up to 50 chickens. As such each family should pitch in to cover this loss. I don't want to be unfair to you farmers and I know many of you don't understand the trading world. In the trading world we have something called inflation and lenders fees. The inflation on 26 chickens for one year is an additional 6 chickens. In addition the lenders fees of 50% would be another 13 chickens, this makes 45 chickens. Henry adds, i also loaned you 12 chickens just four months ago to begin farming eggs and chickens. The inflation and lenders fees on twelve chickens for this period is an additional 4 for lenders fees and 2 for inflation. Henry shares that if we add this up, each family now owes 63 chickens to the Village foundation. Do not worry people, this will help us to trade for enough cows for each farm. After much discussion among the people they decide a cow on each farm would be easily worth 50 chickens. The villagers agree that each farm will return 63 chickens in the coming season. Ahem, Henry says as the discussion cones to an end. There is a few other matters at hand here today. I had provided each farm with seeds for grains and vegitables. The lenders fees for grains and vegetables is 25% of crop production. But do not worry people! The village of Henry's Hill is flourishing and booming! We are sending trades not only for cows, but teas and spices. Soon we will have everything we need right here in our own village. Thanks to your efforts we are progressing and I've began trades with yet another village! Soon after we are able to trade cows in the next year, we are able to get goats! Goats grow fast, produce milk, cheese and meat. The goats will also keep predators away from our farms, protecting chickens and cows! Henry shares goats are cheaper than cows, we can get goats by trading only 30 chickens. The farmers and villagers discuss this awhile. Coming to the conclusion it is a good idea to protect their investments in chickens and cows. Ahem, Henry interupts again as the conversation closes. There is one final matter to deal with today. Id like to discuss the farm lands of Henry Hills. In this trade world I have learned about a thing called land taxes. What is land taxes, William asks? Well Henry says, we will have to build infrastructure and road ways. And in order to maintain these things land taxes will cost 10% of all crops. William raising his voice, says another 10%!? You are already taking 25% of crops! Henry motions for armed men, and sharply states. Now William, you know this hill is mine, the rocks are part of the hill, the castle protects your families and food store. William you know that the farms were my idea and infact the land below Henry's Hill is part of the land attached to my hill. This makes the farm lands part of Henry's Hill. You know I found the chickens, am working hard to make these trades, bring us seeds, now cows and soon goats. The fact of the matter is 25% of crops to pay for seeds you would not have otherwise is a good deal. In addition 10% of crops will help us to grow and build roads. Your families would be going hungry here with these crops from my seeds and the chickens i lent. Also these trades that will bring more to us all were workings of my own! Frightened by the arm guards, the villagers quietly and shiftingly discuss this all... William being unable to hold his words, once again speaks up. But Henry, you and I found this hill together! All of the villagers worked very hard to build this castle stone by stone! Come to think of it, I don't even recall you helping. We the villagers built all the farms, grew all the crops and farmed all these chickens! How is it that one man, who does not even help should collect so much from all if our hard efforts? We nearly starved due to you locking up all of the previous food stores and stocks! This is simply not fair and I do not agree with what you are saying! The crowd grew very loud and in that very moment Henry yells out. ARREST that man! Today we will witness Henry's Hills first execution! Take him to the yard, all guards to stand by!! We will not tolerate this outrage here in Henry's Hill! ~RAW In a time when standing on a street sharing a simple opinion seems to have become a crime, i will add these words. As I do, often when sharing such things, I'd like to add.. **DISCLAIMER** I am not planning any sudden extended vacations! I will not be intentionally vanishing anytime soon! And should such a thing occur, perhaps we all think of William!? Then send search party, lol!

GUIDED MEDITATION FOR HEART CONNECTION No "time" like the present. A first of recordings as i stumble through learning to record some meditation shares.

Here we go again! After sometime away, large shifts, major growth and a few bouts with life... I believe I'm finally ready to deep dive back into what is real to me! What is real you ask? That is an excellent question. What has become very real in this life is connections, community, kindness, natural medicines, meditation, acts of servitude, Shamanism, energy and the peeling of veils which seem to cloud all things when one does not truly look. So many beautiful beings to me...et and share with! Such an amazing planet, cosmic system and powerful forces to assist us all. I'm returning a little wiser, a bit more clear and far more directional than I've ever been. Its an odd thing to tear oneself down, isolate, fall back a few steps, how it can actually hurl you forward! I'd like to join local community after a relocation. I'd love to step up and begin to record and share meditations, ceremonial healing and more! It has been a long time coming, requested for years and perhaps I'm ready to accept more beauty into my life. Venturing to step right out and say... As humanity stumbles over corruption, greed, deceit, power struggles and population control... It is yet another opportunity to dust off the old and broken systems! Let us all help each other to rise up for freedom, peace, love and a general motion of doing whats right. Not only what is right for yourself and your families, but what is right for our neighbour's, nations and all of humanity! As always, intelligence with kindness, questioning all things and doing proper research is highly recommended.

There is a powerful shift in direction for humanity sitting at our doorsteps. In times that things may appear bleak, it is upto us to focus intention, come together as one race and direct our own outcomes. Be wise, be kind, be strong be human.... BE...

In this time, it would be best for all to practice compassion, specially world leaders and those who would shape our future.
