Thank you Jim for all the warm gear you donated to us. Jim He has 6 years clean from alcohol and drugs, and is in his last year at university to become a full time addiction counsellor. He really has the heart and passion to help others in need. A big thank you for supporting us at Redemtion icon! We look forward to working along side you on your days off.... A HUGE thank you! Alberta strong and Icon strong!

Thank you to all of you beautiful souls that have donated and continue to donate So far we've raised $500 through bottle donations and we couldn't be more grateful If you're wanting to participate in this drive please comment below or reach out and we'll arrange pick up or drop off... ... A big SHOUT-OUT goes to Roux Denture Clinic for our biggest bottle donation of $140 There's a lot more of you that unfortunately I can't tag but rest assured, Jenn, Candace and Tim I see you and we thank you for your generosity

Huuuge Thank You to everyone that attended today's meeting Even bigger thank you to all of you that brought in donations and bottles... With your help we raised $165 buckaroos on bottles alone That's pretty darn good since we're just getting started... ... This week flyers will be made and On October 8th we will head out as a group to distribute them throughout neighbourhoods... Those wanting to participate in this event can still do so by commenting below or private message The pot will continue to get updated as it grows and since last year we raised close to $1000 we're hoping we can at least double that this year The list for the raffles is starting to grow and we couldn't be more grateful. Hey everyone, we're gonna have a mastermind Icon meeting on Saturday October, 3, 2020. Who ever is interested in attending and discussing upcoming initiatives a...nd planning future events and feels like giving back and helping out in the community is welcome to attend, it will be held at the Mission house at 10542 - 96 St, 3:00 pm , their will be a small BBQ hosted by Thrive ReachingOut To Edmonton this will be a closed venue for Icons and those who would like to become Icons their , kids are welcome for those parents who would like to attend. We also would like to ask, whoever can bring buns for hot dogs and hamburger buns let me know as everything else will be donated, also if you have any donations for our winter clothing drive / men's and woman's clothing and warm jackets and any camping gear that you don't need. Hope to see you all their and if you have a mask please bring as we're still dealing with this pandemic and we need everyone safe and protected thank you Icons. See more

Heyyyy beautiful people Redemption icon is hosting a clothing/bottle drive and we need your help!!! As we enter fall and our weather begins to drop we as a ...community need to ensure others less fortunate have a fighting chance to survive the winter... I don't know about you but I worry about those hundreds of people living in their tents with no heater to turn up once it gets colder... Shelters are still not available and because of this we're doing our part to help out where we can... So we're doing a clothing/bottle drive.... Starting today until October 31st WE NEED BLANKETS, MENS and WOMEN'S CLOTHING (the warmer the better) GLOVES, SCARFS, SOCKS, WINTER BOOTS ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE BOTTLE DRIVE WILL BE DISPERSED AMONGST MEMBERS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY (to provide food for single parents, seniors, etc...) Please you guys... Find it in your heart to give because YOU WILL receive countless blessings in return... Depending on the response and accumulation of items we'll be actively receiving and delivering to the encampments and surrounding areas until October 31st On that day we will count up all the monies earned from the bottles and pick the individuals receiving them If you have a family or someone in mind that you feel needs a blessing please let us know whom and why and we will enter them into a draw.. (private message is ok too) Another draw will be made for ALL of you wonderful humans that donate blankets/clothing or bottles for this event Your gift will be a surprise till the end but worth it!!! Both draws will be made live on October 31st on the Redemption Icon page... Anyone wanting to donate (time and vehicle for pickups is welcome too) plz message Milan Cariaga, Rachel Manichoose or myself so we can send you out or to arrange a pick up...
