So hard to believe - only three days left in our special little store! I went in to pick up some things for family and my gift closet last week and had a flood of memories wave over me. More than 10 years ago, Lo and I promised to nurture a brand culture of inclusion, empowerment and heart, delivering an enduring children’s clothing line designed to allow mobility and self-expression, through bold patterns and expressive colors, unique inspired by the street fashions of Hong Kong, Tokyo, Paris and New York.... While we remain committed to the brand values and our courageous motto, the retail landscape and our own circumstances of changed over the past decade. It’s time for us to gracefully say goodbye to our Vancouver storefront at the end of May, and clear creative space for new possibilities within the brand. The root of our brand has always been and will always be community and creativity - the world is rapidly changing in dramatic ways, as is the face of retail. We are currently evaluating nee ways to fit into this environment that are congruent with our brand values. To our amazing Redfish community, we love you all so much and have loved sharing this journey with you. Thank you - TRULY - from the bottom of our hearts - you have always been our fuel. The winning designer will have his/her design featured on a special Ltd Edition tee-shirt AND win a $150 gift card to Redfish Kids and/or www.redfishkids.com Once chosen by the Redfish design team, the w...inning tee-shirt design, will be printed and available for purchase at Redfish Kids by December, 2018. 100% of the tee-shirt proceeds will go to support Canuck Place care of children with life-threatening illnesses and the families who love them.
