Every day in the Northend of Sydney, a miracle happens. Loaves and Fishes fulfills its mission of providing a hot meal for anyone who needs it. Loaves and Fish...es has become an integral part of the fabric of the community. Initially seen as short-term endeavor in feeding the hungry, it became apparent that the organization had a more permanent role to play. Life has been challenging for those who need Loaves and Fishes and this year is no exception. Last year we served over 52,268 meals and that is 365 days a year, we never close. Refresh has gift certificates and retail products available for the Christmas season. Due to COVID we offer a couple different ways to do your Christmas shopping. You can call (902)562-8409 to arrange a time to stop buy and pick a gift up (we can’t guarantee you will be able to get in immediately if just stop by), We will gladly mail any gift out to you or the recipient or we will have a couple dates in December that we will be delivering gift cards/retail products within the... CBRM. We will also be having some days that we remain open after hours to sell gift certificates/products. These dates will be posted in the next week. We will also be recording anybody’s name and number that stop by for contact tracing purposes (we might even enter all names to win a gift!) Remember a face mask must be worn into the building (we can do parking lot pick up if you’re unable to wear a mask) and if you are feeling ill we ask that you wait until feeling better.
