Legacy Cottage Changes happen all the time in the construction industry. Just gotta be able to adapt to change quickly and have trust in the team you have created. When you find no solution to a problem, its probably not a problem to be solved, but, rather a truth to be accepted

Everything according to plan just about ready to poor concrete. Engineers test soil below pad and piers and determine that since we will be forming on a combination of Bedrock and soil. Origin specifications on foundation plan will not be adequate to support this addition . Solution was to dig Down 6-6 and bring in 2feet of granular A to create an engineered mat in Which we need compaction.So here we are big change from original scope of work. In the end our Client will have peace of mind that there will be no sinking/settling with a 8 poured concrete wall .We will be forming next week. Stay tuned for more #Legacycottage
