We have posted the Notice of Race and are being cautiously optimistic that COVID-19 will be manageable by summer. Turkey Bowl! We had a race in much nicer weather than yesterday. Turkeys were won, turkey was eaten, people enjoyed the last blast of the season in sunshine and breeze. And that's pretty much it for the 2020 season. https://www.rnsys.com/sailing/race-results.html
The weather on Saturday is calling for 23 knots gusting to 42 knots. This is a little extreme for a fun event so the Turkey Bowl race is being postponed until Sunday, October 11th when the wind should be 10 knots gusting to 12 knots. The times remain the same with a skippers meeting at noon and the first signal at 1pm. Registration will be extended to Sunday at noon. An amendment has been posted. https://www.rnsys.com/sailing/race-documents.html https://www.rnsys.com/sailing/regatta-registration.html
