Sean reached out to me back in August 2020 inquiring about my - .... It was apparent that he was ready for a serious change. I’m not in the business of producing pictures. I’m in the business of producing , pictures.... You know the after picture the after picture. Because here’s the honest truth Anyone can hop on a fad-diet, eat like a bird for 30, 60, or 90 days and drop a bunch of weight. But 99.99% of the time, the person who goes that route won’t sustain it. And they wonder why they rebound right after and gain back weight than when they started. All because they wanted a quick fix which led to extreme and unsustainable measures. I’m much more interested in getting my guys results that they can actually sustain and enjoy for the rest of their lives. The after, after picture. Which is why my program is 6 months long and not 30, 60, or 90 days long. Nobody wants to hear this But sustainable fat-loss takes time. And keeping it off takes time too. There are short cuts. Let’s talk and Every and every you spend is a .... ’ . And that vote is either or you specifically your health, fitness, and happiness. For example Every time you lay on the couch and turn on Netflix instead of working out is a vote you. Every time you hit up that drive through for lunch is a vote you. Every time you scroll social media for hours instead of meal prepping is a vote you. Every time you pull up Skip The Dishes or Uber Eats on your phone is a vote you. You’re literally casting votes left, right, and center your own health, fitness, and happiness day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year. Isn’t it time you started voting for yourself? For your own health, fitness, and happiness? Because truthfully those 20, 30, 40lbs of stubborn belly fat aren’t going anywhere until you decide to start voting . And if you’re inclined to say ’ or ’ realize that I’ve been doing this for a very long time, and that those are two of the oldest BS excuses in the book. ’ () .
