Exercise helps with SO many different areas of life/health. If you could buy exercise in a bottle people would be lining up to get it! Find something you enjoy and at the right intensity level for you and GET YOUR BUTT MOVING!!!!!! :)

I have had a lot of friends and family asking for this recipe so I thought I would share with all you lovely people in case any of you would like to try it! I mix the salad ingredients in the serving bowl and then the dressing ingredients in a small container. Then I can shake it up and pour shortly before serving. That way you can make it a little in advance! ENJOY!
